About Beautifully Bound
Beautifully Bound started off as a hobby in late 2021 - early 2022 as a way for me to express my creativity.
But it later became a way for me to escape my normal 9-5 as my business grew and grew. My community grew as I did and eventually I made this my full time job instead of my hobby.
Using my past skills as an artist and my learned skills as a bookbinder I moved towards fore-edge painting, to create beautiful scenes on the edges of books for you to present on your bookshelves. I am still growing as a business and a person, so come and join my journey ✨

If you want to gift or commission your own special edition of your favourite book/series, you can customise your own edition with me. From the fore edge painting to the cover design
Made-To-Order Rebinds
I have a selection of many made-to-order rebinds of specific designs made by me. Some are collaborations with artists you may know from the community, many of these books have a wait time of 4-6 weeks depending on my shops current wait time.
Hand painted edges
As a watercolour artist I also specialise in fore-edge art, I have some made-to-order fore edge pieces available now or you can commission your own unique piece.

- Minimal fraying of the edges and fabrics
All books are also covered with a high quality library buckram or silk book-cloth with a non acidic paperbacking to ensure it will last in all seasons for decades.
